Corsicana, Texas Manufacturing and Blending Facility
The Corsicana facility is situated on a 100-acre site in north central Texas, only 50 miles south of Dallas and 180 miles north of Houston, conveniently located to major industrial markets and ports in the Gulf Coast region and Mexico. The site's close proximity to the Gulf Coast and Mexico provides excellent access to international port and markets. The site has two rail spurs and is serviced by the Union Pacific Railroad.

Fresno, Texas Manufacturing and Blending Facility
The Fresno facility is located next to the Company's Technology Center (southwest of Houston). This facility is the Company's largest manufacturing and blending facility sitting on 39 acres in Fort Bend County. Another 110 acres adjacent to this facility was acquired in 1995 as part of our long-range plans for expansion and development. The site's proximity to the third largest port in the United States, the Port of Houston and the Houston Ship Channel, provides excellent access to international ports and markets.

Most of the Company's intermediates or base materials are manufactured at this facility.

Odessa, Texas Manufacturing and Blending Facility
The Odessa facility is located on approximately 9.3 acres of an industrial park on the south side of Highway 80 and east of Loop 338 in West Texas. The processing area is divided into two areas consisting of an intermediate area and a blending area. This facility manufactures mostly diluted or formulated products.
